Capital Cartridge warrants each cartridge sold to be free of defects in both material and workmanship for life of the cartridge.  Should you ever experience a defective cartridge, we will repair it at no charge, replace it, or issue a refund or credit (your choice).

The remanufactured cartridges we sell are made under stringent quality-control standards, assuring performance that equals or exceeds that of the original equipment manufacturer specifications.

Capital Cartridge also warrants that, subject to conditions stated below and under normal use (including operation of laser printer, fax or PC copy machine within manufacturer's specifications), our toner cartridges will not cause damage, abnormal wear or deterioration to any laser printer, fax or copy machine. If a defect in our cartridge causes a machine to fail within or after the period covered by the manufacturer's warranty, Capital Cartridge will reimburse our customers to the full amount for all service and repair of the machine. This warranty is dependent upon the customer providing us with the satisfactory evidence that the machine failure as due to a defect in a Capital Cartridge cartridge.

Capital Cartridge' liability hereunder shall be limited to replacement or reimbursement as provided above. This warranty is exclusive, and in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties or merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
