Capital Cartridge is proud to present you its three programs of prevention and servicing: SurePrint SOHO, SurePrint Office and SurePrint Enterprise. They facilitate your job in many ways: doubling the life of your printer, improving the quality of your prints, controlling the ozone emanation in your office and minimizing repair expenses. 

SurePrint SOHO
Ideally suited for low usage, home based or small office printers.  This contract covers your devices for an entire year. Our services include the following features. Full inspection and cleaning A second cleaning after 6 months 1 free service call

SurePrint Office
Ideally suited for moderate usage.  This contract covers your devices for 1  year and includes the following features. Full inspection The first complete cleaning Routine servicing and cleaning  One free service call  For all repairs of more than $100, your printer is 100% guaranteed  for the excess sum The fuser is fully guaranteed (parts and labor) A replacement printer will be provided if your repair cannot be performed within 24 hours.

SurePrint Enterprise
If your printer is a mission critical part of your business this contract covers your devices  for an entire year. Our yearly basis services include the following features. Full Inspection 2 Complete cleanings Replacement printer in case your repair takes more that 4 hours. Routine servicing and cleaning Unlimited service calls The assurance that you won't pay more than $100 by repair for any repair of your printer during the entire year The fuser unit, the source of most serious problems of a printer, is guaranteed (parts and labor).
