Capital Cartridge accepts MasterCard, Visa and American Express Credit Cards. Capital Cartridge reserves the right to require additional forms of identification prior to processing any order. 

Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be charged to all items delivered to Canadian addresses. Capital Cartridge is not responsible for additional tariffs or taxes that apply to items shipped to the United States or outside. 

Shipping Address information
Capital Cartridge cannot accept change of shipping address requests after an order has been processed. 

Products
All products sold by Capital Cartridge are 100% guaranteed. Capital Cartridge will honor the full manufacturer's limited warranty. Warranty claims must be made through Capital Cartridge customer service department. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact Capital Cartridge by email at service@capitalcartridge.ca for disposition. 

Merchandise Returns
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. If you need to return a product please call or email for a Return Authorization number. Within the first 30 days from shipment you may return for a replacement, refund, or merchandise credit. Shipping charges are not refundable. All items must be shipped freight prepaid. All warranty items must be returned freight prepaid. A copy of the Capital Cartridge' invoice must be included with all returns for credit. For a full refund merchandise must be complete with all original parts and documentation in excellent condition. Returns will be credited at the price paid on the invoice.  There are no restocking or handling fees.
