Payments Terms
Payments may be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) or by company cheque.  Payment due on receipt of orders.  Fulfillment of the order is subject to stock availability and acceptance of your order.

Every reasonable effort will be made to keep details of your order and payment details and company information secure. 

Corporate Accounts

Terms of payment for corporate accounts are Net 30 day upon credit approval. Canadian customers interested in a Net 30 Day Open Account can submit a Credit Application, available in Acrobat Reader format, by fax to (613) 831-1388 and mail the original bearing your signature to our offices.

Interest
A 1.5% monthly interest rate will be charged on any overdue invoices.

Volume Discounts

Special Pricing is available for high volume customers, retailers and distributors.  Contact us for details.

Shipping fees
Prices are quoted exclude delivery charges.  We deliver and pickup free of charge to our clients of the National Capital (Greater Ottawa) region.   We waive all the shipping fees for our customers outside of the Ottawa region ordering for more $200 per order.  If there is any transit damage, a claim should be filed immediately with the carrier. Delivery of orders cannot be made to PO Boxes or temporary addresses.  All delivery charges will be confirmed before any order is finalized.  Shipping changers will be billed to you without markup or handling fees. Most orders can be delivered to you the next business day.  If not you can expect to be informed of any delays. 

Taxes 
Applicable taxes will be applied to each order. 

Applicable Law
The laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply therein shall govern these Terms and Conditions. The Terms and Conditions shall be treated, in all respects, as a contract entered into in Ontario. As noted above, you may be subject to other local, provincial and national laws. You hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Province of Ontario for any dispute arising under or relating to this Agreement and waive your right to institute legal proceedings in any other jurisdiction. We shall be entitled to institute legal proceedings in connection with non payment in any jurisdiction wherein you reside, do business or have assets.
